I'm seeking a designer to create a layout for a property with potential tenants. The task involves crafting two layouts - one accommodating 5 tenants and the other for 6. I will provide the property plans and pictures. The designs should be in a modern style, as I need them to appeal to commercial/retail renters. I also need the front entrance of the property designed in a way that will be cost effective but very appealing to renters and visitors.
