Modern Open-Plan House Blueprint

I'm seeking an architect to design a modern, open-plan, one-story house on a square land of 1361 square feet (expandable if needed).

Essential Features:
- 2 master bedrooms with attached bathrooms
- 3 additional rooms with 2 separate bathrooms
- Dining hall, kitchen, small worship room, visitor hall
- Every room must have a window for optimal ventilation

Requirements:
- Expertise in modern architectural design
- Experience with open floor plan layouts
- Strong focus on natural light and ventilation
