Modern Office Space Redesign

We are seeking a talented interior designer to develop a functional and aesthetically pleasing design for our office space, measuring 57.1m x 8.6m. The office benefits from natural light entering from three sides, including the 57m stretch and both width ends, which should be creatively utilized in the design.

Reception Area and Guest Lounge: A welcoming space for visitors, accommodating 4-6 people.
Employee Facilities: Including a buffet, staff lounge, and a dedicated service area for items like printers, paper supplies, etc.
Restrooms: Two restroom areas, one for men and one for women, each with 4 toilets and 2-4 sinks for men, and 2 toilets and 2 sinks for women.
Separate Office Space for Female Staff: Accommodating up to 10 employees, with a partition separating them from the men's section, a shared door, and a private external entrance.
