Modern Office Building Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am seeking a skilled and creative designer to assist with the design our office building both inside and out. Our vision is to create a modern space that is both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
We intend to use ACP cladding with glass facade on the exterior and have built the structure accordingly. For the wall partitions inside, we would prefer gypsum or cement boards whichever has more sound acoustic properties and is most suitable.
Total area is approx 900m2. It is a G+2 structure.
Key Requirements:
- Interior and Exterior Design: The successful candidate will need to work on both the interior and exterior of the building. This includes the placement of windows, doors, and other features on the outside, as well as the layout of walls, desks, meeting areas, and more on the inside.
The build has to be creative but at the same time has to be cost effective.
- Modern Style: The design should be in keeping with a modern aesthetic. This means clean lines, sleek finishes, and an overall contemporary look and feel.
- Neutral Color Scheme: Our preference is for a neutral color scheme that includes whites, blacks, and grays. This will help to create a professional atmosphere and will also serve as a great backdrop for any additional colors or accents.
- Functional Spaces: The office building should be designed with three primary functions in mind: open workspaces, private offices, and meeting rooms. It's crucial that the design includes areas for all of these functions, and that these areas are well laid out and conducive to productivity.
The ideal candidate for this project will have experience in office building design, particularly with modern styles and neutral color schemes. They will also have a strong understanding of how to create functional spaces that meet the needs of a variety of workers.
The successful bidder will have to keep in mind that until the finish of the project, he / she will continue to be associated with us for clarifications / changes / amendments / resolution of issues etc. We need a complete 3D file, detailed BOQ for estimation and subcontracting works to contractors etc.
