Modern Multi-Unit House Design
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I'm looking for a house design that is one unit from the outside but divided into three separate units from the inside.
the house area is 800 sqm which is 20m wide and 40m length
the house must have parking for two cars
the house is U shaped with one unit on each side and one unit in the middle but from the outside they are all connected
i want a full engineering map and MEP map and interior design and list of quantities and all the other needed maps for construction
The ideal freelancer for this project should have significant experience in architectural design, especially with modern styles and multi-unit layouts. Please provide previous examples of similar projects in your proposal.
