Modern Modular Room Design

I need creative design ideas for a dining room and sitting room. The size of the dining room is 20'X15'. The style in the dining room should be modern, clean and incorporate a dining room table, bar, credenza and wine fridge. If you have a better idea to change those items out, I'd love to hear it. Also need better lighting, wall art or designs. the sconces in the dining room do not have to stay, the fans do or can be changed open to design ideas.

The sitting room; everything can be removed in the photo. The lighting must go, new ideas. This room should be comfy, cozy. We want to use it as a game room, sitting room, chat room. The size is 15'X13', very limited for the size seating. I would like to sit at least 4 or 5 people comfortably in the sitting room. I was thinking round ottoman type seats that are mobile yet comfortable. using a pastel color palette. However, the walls and ceiling are very light white and grey I would love the furniture or walls to have some color pops, I'm concerned it will look too washed out.
