Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm looking add an ensuite bathroom to an existing building.
The ensuite is approximately 2m x 3m in size with existing walls on the south and a slab on the west sides.
There is an approximately an 400mm drop from existing floor hight to ground hight. Pegs can be inserted to the existing slab on the south and west sides to tie both slabs together.
The extension will entail constructing footings as the base for this new ensuite
Ideal skills for this job include:
- Proven experience in residential bathroom construction and extension
- An eye for modern and minimalistic design
- Understanding of the necessary structural requirements for extensions
