I want to give my living room a fresh, unmistakably modern identity by re-thinking the furniture from the ground up. The walls, lighting, and general layout will stay largely as they are—I’m counting on you to focus your creative energy on the seating, storage, and statement pieces that define the space.
Once we start, I’ll share photos, exact measurements, and notes on how the room is currently used. From there, I need a clear, build-ready package that lets me hand contractors and suppliers everything they require in one go.
Deliverables
• Scaled floor plan with furniture layout (PDF + editable source)
• 2–3 high-quality 3D perspective renders that capture the modern look and feel
• Curated furniture schedule: item images, dimensions, materials, and purchase links available in Indonesia
Acceptance Criteria
• Layout maximises seating while maintaining smooth traffic flow
• All furniture selections echo clean, modern lines and a neutral palette with subtle accents
• Every listed item is purchasable or easily substitutable locally
Tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar are fine as long as the final files open without extra paid extensions. If you have questions about existing pieces or alternative approaches, let’s talk early so the concept stays aligned with the modern direction.
