Modern 3D Interior Designing

I'm in search of a qualified 3D interior designer to help with the design of our living room, kitchen, bedroom and terrace area.
Spaces to be designed:
- Living room
- Kitchen
- Bedroom
- Terrace area/balcony
Our area of focus is a modern style design for all four rooms, keeping in mind that each space is large, exceeding 1000 sqft.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Interior Design
- 3D Rendering
- Modern architectural designs
Those with previous experience in large open space layout planning, and knack for modern style aesthetic would be ideal. Must have a good understanding of design elements and the ability to create a unified and appealing spatial organization. Interested freelancers should provide a portfolio showing past design projects.
