I am currently in the process of building my new home and I am looking for an experienced interior designer who can help me create a modern and cohesive design for my living room, kitchen and bedroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a modern interior design concept that is cohesive yet distinct for each room.
- Source and recommend appropriate furniture, lighting, and accessories that align with the design concept.
- Create detailed floor plans and 3D renderings to help me visualize the final design.
- Provide guidance on color schemes, materials, and finishes that will work best for each room.
Ideal Skills:
- Proven experience as an interior designer with a strong portfolio of modern design projects.
- Strong understanding of design principles and trends.
- Proficient in using design software for creating floor plans and 3D renderings.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
