Modern Interior Design for Lucid Integrated Care

I'm seeking an experienced interior designer in modern commercial design, to transform my clinic into an inviting and efficient space.

Bid requirements:
- A portfolio showcasing modern commercial interior design.
- Proven track record in transforming clinic or healthcare spaces is a plus.
- Ability to merging aesthetics with functionality into the clinic floor flow.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in commercial design, particularly in healthcare.

Location Information:
- The project is planned in Saudi Arabia.
- The project spans over an area of 546 squared meters on two floors.

The project will involve:
- Creating a modern design concept for the clinic that aligns with the corporate logo.
- Providing detailed floor plans (dwg and pdf formats), 3D renders, and material suggestions (excel format for each floor/room).
- Ensuring the design supports a professional and welcoming atmosphere for both staff and patients.

Timeline:
- Project shall be handed over 30 calendar days after the Kickoff meeting date.
- Project date inclusive of two review sessions.

Upon award of the project, the successful bidder will be handed over three dwg file for the location which shall be used to commence the design.
