Modern Interior Design and Baroque Exterior Design for Tourism Office

Job ID: 39243539

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

We require both interior and exterior architectural design services for our office building, consisting of a total of six floors. For the exterior architecture, we greatly appreciate the Baroque style and envision a spectacular, luxurious, oval-shaped building featuring numerous windows. We currently possess 2D floor plans and detailed layout plans for all floors.

The interior design should include meeting areas, executive offices, client waiting areas, departmental offices, restroom facilities on each floor, an open-layout call center area, a semi-professional kitchen, dining spaces, and a terrace area for employee relaxation. Additionally, the building extends two floors underground (B1 and B2). The B2 level will serve as a parking area, while B1 will accommodate a generator, water storage, dry and cold storage facilities for the kitchen, cleaning supplies storage, and panels for electrical, internet, and similar system installations. A car elevator will be used to access the B2 parking area from the ground floor; you can see the designated space in the plans for the 1st and B2 floors.

The staircase and elevator systems are particularly important to us. We plan to position a glass elevator centrally, surrounded by spiral glass staircases. This layout aims to foster interaction among employees using both the stairs and elevator on every floor.

Offices should primarily be partitioned with glass walls. Interior color schemes should include soft, harmonious tones such as cream, bronze, wood, and white. For the exterior facade, we prefer cream-colored travertine marble cladding, complemented by bronze metal window and door frames.
