Modern 3D Interior Design

I need a complete 3-dimensional interior concept for my 4BHK flat. Every room—living areas, all bedrooms, 2 kitchens, circulation spaces and balconies—has to follow a cohesive modern style.

What I am after is more than mood boards: I want photorealistic stills that help me visualise materials, colours, furniture placement and lighting before execution. A short animated walk-through or 360-degree view would be a plus, though static renders are the core requirement.

Deliverables
• High-resolution renders of each room (minimum 4 angles per space)
• Source scene files in the native software you use (3ds Max + V-Ray, SketchUp + V-Ray, Blender + Cycles or equivalent)
• 2D drawings, key dimensions for contractors
• One or two round of revisions after first draft

Please factor in accurate daylight simulations, Tall curtains for all windows, layered lighting schemes, and realistic texturing so the shots feel true to life. I will supply the existing CAD drawings and any brand or material references you might need as soon as we start.
