I need an architectural design for a modern G+1 house plan on a 3000 sq ft plot. Each floor should be around 1000 sq ft.

Ground Floor Requirements:

- Kitchen
- Guest bedroom
- Master bedroom
- Dinning room

First Floor Requirements:
- Bedrooms
- Theatre
- Puja room

Ideal skills and experience:
