I'm seeking a skilled designer who can bring my house's 2D plan to life. Your focus will be on the exterior of the house, along with three distinct areas on the interior - the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. Here are key requirements:
Exterior design:

- Create an inviting and aesthetically pleasing look that blends well with the surroundings.
Interior design:
- Living room, kitchen, and bedrooms.
- Warm color scheme. Create an atmosphere that fosters comfort and relaxation.
- Keep designs functional yet fashionable.
Ideal freelancer:

- Strong color theory knowledge to properly apply a warm color scheme.
- Great communication skills, open to feedback and collaborative iteration.
I added the current design but I need it different with lighter colors.
