Modern 2D Hotel Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I'm seeking a skilled designer to create a comprehensive 2D and 3D plan for a 4050 sq. ft. hotel. The ground floor is to be left for parking, with the first floor housing a reception, a small office, a common washroom, a lift, stairs, and the remaining rooms. Central AC setups should be included, and I'm open to any other recommendations.
The project is to be executed in stages:
- Initially, a detailed 2D plan will be developed, inclusive of all plumbing and electrical details. This will help us gauge the number of rooms that can be constructed.
- Upon approval of the 2D plan, a 3D design will be requested.
