Modern 3D Flat Interior Design

I own a 2,000 sq ft residential flat and want to see exactly how it will feel after all the furniture and wall mount is developed and walls are painted. The look I’m after is clean-lined modern with a calm, neutral palette that keeps the space bright yet sophisticated.

Scope
Please create a full 3D interior concept for the living room, kitchen and bedroom. Each space should flow together stylistically while still allowing its own identity. I’m happy to discuss practical details such as circulation, storage and lighting once we start, but the aesthetic direction is firmly modern and neutral.

Deliverables
• High-resolution still renders for each room from at least two angles
• A simple fly-through or 360° view that lets me experience the layout (video or interactive)
• Source files from the software you prefer—3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender or similar—so future tweaks are possible
• Basic furniture and materials list to match what’s shown in the renders

Acceptance Criteria
The model must fit the 2,000 sq ft floor plan accurately, showcase the specified color scheme, and feel consistent with a modern design language. Lighting, reflections and textures should be realistic enough that I can hand the visuals to contractors without confusion.
