I'm seeking an experienced interior designer and space planner to collaborate in creating a modern-style design and generate a floor plan for a functional, family-oriented home.
Key Considerations:
- The design will need to cater to the needs and comforts of family living for 2 adults and 5 kids, so functionality and comfort are just as important as aesthetics.
- The designer should have a strong understanding of modern design principles and be able to implement these across the entire home.
- The design should include ~5,000 square ft of interior heated space, including flex space for entertaining and guests, a 3-car garage, and extensive covered porch space in front and rear.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in home design, specifically modern style.
- Strong understanding of family living needs in home design.
- Excellent spatial awareness and creativity.
