Modern Facade Concept for Brick House
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I'm seeking a designer to create a modern stylish facade for an existing 3-storey red brick house. The project is just a concept, not a structural or architectural drawing at this time. The focus will be on enhancing the facade, changing current brick with paint or render, and incorporating glass balustrades.
Elements to break up the flat face without too much expense. (Not a rebuild!l
Key Requirements:
- Design a modern facade that avoids the 'Macmansion' aesthetic.
- Use of current materials: keeping the brick and integrating glass balustrades, maybe timber?
