Modern Bistro Design

I'm looking for a designer who can create a concept for a modern, minimalist bistro with a surrounding area. This project does not require architectural plans at this stage.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN COMMERCIAL KITCHEN DESIGN (restaurant / bistro)

Key Features:
- Design for both the exterior and interior (including the kitchen, deli and seating area)
- Conceptualization of a garden area
- The bistro will be situated in a tropical location

Specifications:
- Approximate area of the lot is 1000m2
- Approximate surface of the a single story building is 420m2
-Envisioned rooftop garden (herbs) - staircase needed
- Use of glass and steel/aluminum for the bistro's exterior
- Large living wall inside
- included deli / bakery retail counter and stand up bar for grab and go

Garden Amenities:
- Outdoor seating
- Water features
- greenery

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in modern design
- Proficient in using glass and steel in design
- Previous work with designing garden areas for bistros
- Understanding of designing for a tropical location
