Modern 5 Bedroom House Design - Australian Standards
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm looking for a modern-style house design that complies with Australian standards. The block size is 48m x 74m. Block is on a slight slope so the design may need to be a split level design or something similar - we are open to ideas.
Attached is a basic rough mud map - again open to suggestions on the design here.

We would ideally like a 5 bedroom house, 1 master bedroom with a walk in wardrobe (U-shape) and ensuite (toilet with seperate door). 2 additional bedrooms with ensuites and two remaining bedrooms to have shared bathroom in the centre. Additional powder room (toilet) also required. Ideally would like two living areas, one large office space one media room, one gym/ games room. The kitchen to include a butlers pantry and breakfast nook. We would also like a 2 bedroom granny flat or self contained dual living area. The pool/outdoor area to include a BBQ area attached to the main house.

- Experience in designing open plan living spaces
- Ability to creatively incorporate a home office and outdoor area into the design
- Strong understanding of functional and aesthetic design elements
