Modern 2 Bedroom Apartment Interior Design
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I am looking for a talented interior designer to help me with the layout, furniture sourcing and shopping list advice for my 2 bedroom apartment. The main focus areas are the living room and bedrooms, and I am looking for a modern design with a warm tone color scheme.
Key responsibilities and requirements include:
- A modern design style that incorporates a warm tone color scheme for the living room and bedrooms
- Layout planning for the apartment
- Sourcing of modern and suitable furniture for the apartment
- Providing a shopping list with specific items I should purchase
- Good communication skills and ability to incorporate my preferences into the design
Ideal skills and experience:
- Previous experience with modern interior design
- Proficiency with sourcing and selecting furniture
- Strong color coordination skills
- Experience with creating shopping lists for clients
- Excellent communication skills and ability to understand and incorporate client preferences while maintaining design standards.
Already have few furnitures such as beds and dining table and bedside table and some wall art- Will share a dropbox link showing photos and a couple of videos which will give you an idea of what I already have.
For entrance hall way and foyer, I am looking at a shoe rack, console, chair, rug and wall art - I have a mirror here already and may like to use it
For living room - Open concept type - shopping list for TV table or a furniture, sofa/couch, coffee table, rug and wall art - layout ideas needed as I use this as my work from home office space and I already have office desk and a chair - also use this for dining table with 4 chairs which I already have -
For bedrooms - already have beds, side bed tables - looking for advise on book shelf, wall arts, rugs and may be linens such as bed covers etc
for 2 bathrooms - wall arts,
May be a straight forward job -
