Modern Basement Concept Layouts
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I'm seeking 2D concept layouts for our 67′ 5″ × 54′ 8″ unfinished basement. The goal is to narrow down the best floorplan options.
Requirements:
- Two bedrooms
- One full bathroom with nice shower space
- Open play/lounge area
- Kitchen with island
- Speakeasy bar + powder room under the master suite footprint
Bonus - submit some designs where the staircase is basically in the corner behind where it currently is, this would open up the basement a lot and the staircase can have a 180 degree turn with a landing if there is not a good space to do the straight staircase. we will upload a floorplan of the main floor, the staircase can be moved somewhere in the breakfast nook area or next to the laundry. We will have a better basement outline uploaded soon with wall measurements instead of one overall measurement.
