Seeking a talented and creative freelance interior designer to transform a 1000 sq ft balcony into a luxurious and serene outdoor living space. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing outdoor designs.
Project scope:
1. Conceptualize and develop a detailed design plan for the 1000 sq ft balcony.
2. Incorporate elements such as a waterfall, fountain, plants, swing, loungers, bar-kitchen and other outdoor furniture into the design.
3. Provide detailed 3D rendering and layout plan.
4. Select appropriate materials, plants, and accessories to enhance the overall design.
5. Make revisions to the design as needed, ensuring the final outcome meets my expectations.
Ideal Freelancer:
1. Proven experience in interior and/or exterior design, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
2. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
3. Open to feedback and revisions to achieve the desired final design.
