Modern 3BHK Home Interior Plan

I want to reimagine my 3-bedroom apartment with a clean, modern look that feels fresh yet practical. The goal is a cohesive interior plan that I can hand straight to local contractors.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A scaled layout that places walls, furniture, lighting points and storage logically for a modern lifestyle.
• Style direction—colour palette, material suggestions and reference images—to guide finishes buying decisions.
• Visual support: 2D drawings and at least a couple of 3D perspectives or renders so I can clearly picture the result.

I’ll supply the existing floor plan, photos and any measurements you require as soon as we begin. You’re welcome to use whichever tools you’re most comfortable with—AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Photoshop etc.—as long as the final files are easy for contractors to read (PDF + source files).

Flow, natural light and an uncluttered feel are absolute priorities. If the design achieves that modern balance of simplicity and comfort, the project is a success.
