Modern Architect Needed for Residential Apartment Redesign Typical floor plans and 1st + 2nd floor Duplex Design.
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm seeking a skilled Bangladeshi architect to work on the existing building design a total of 1570 sqft room floor with a 50% top floor as a duplex. Currently, the ground floor is finished with 4 rooms.
The project requires:
- 1st-floor dining, living room, kitchen, 1 office room, 2 bedrooms as possible, bathrooms included, and 2nd floor (will contain 3 rooms) and duplex with staircase nearest to living room + dining room.
- Electric planning to include on designs for 1st and 2nd floor (duplex half) and typical floors.
- Roof design
- 3D modeling for 1st and 2nd floor.
- Redesign/correction of an existing common 4-unit layout (doesn't require 3D)
- Evaluation and design corrections
- My preference is a garden, green grass, and golden window vibe on the front evaluation and roof design.
The primary purpose of this architectural design is for a modern residential property. Therefore, a deep understanding and experience with modern architectural styles is essential.
Key areas for redesign or correction include:
- Interior layout
- Exterior design
- Structural integrity
The ideal candidate will be proficient in architectural design software and comprehensively understand structural engineering principles. Experience with designing duplexes and multi-unit residential properties is a plus. I am seeking someone who can deliver a practical yet aesthetically pleasing design. I have attached the design of the general layouts for the rest of the floors. The ground floor design did not go like this layout and may require discussions with me regarding where the kitchen and bathroom pipe connections are for proper adjustment on the layout to hide these objects for the above and further floors. I prefer a Bangladeshi architect living in Gazipur, Chandra for a visit for a practical view and understanding of the preset development of the building.
