Mixed-Use Interior Designer/Part 1 Architect in Oxford

We are a property developer seeking a skilled Interior Designer/Architect for several mixed-use projects based in Oxford. The design approach will be contemporary, focusing on both the interior spaces and the exterior facade of the properties.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in contemporary design
- Proven track record in mixed-use property design
- Strong architectural skills
- Able to work on both interior and exterior designs
- Based in or near Oxford for ease of site visits
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in interior refurbishments with an ability to produce working drawings

Your task will be to create stunning, engaging spaces that cater to both residential and commercial needs. Please provide a portfolio demonstrating relevant past work.

The project timeline is expected to be 2 days a week on a full-time basis.
