Seeking a reliable and experienced civil or architecture professional to aid in the design process of a residential building. The land in question is south-facing and measures 20*30. The design should ideally accommodate a setup for 1BHK or studio type living spaces inclusive of bedroom, bathroom, open kitchen, hall, and balcony with a washing area.
Key requirements:
• Must incorporate a minimalistic architectural design, given my style preference
• The building will be G + 4 stories
• The steps and lift need to be positioned on the north side
• The main gate must open to the south
• Light and ventilation optimization are of high importance, the design should maximize natural light availability and ensure good airflow
• A keen eye for space utilization, with a talent for creating practical and aesthetically pleasing designs
Ideal skills and experience:
• Extensive experience in residential design
• Strong portfolio with minimalistic design samples
• Proven track record in maximizing natural light and ventilation in living spaces
