Minimalist outdoor garden space design, to replace existing lawn -- 2

I'm looking for a professional architect or designer to design a cohesive garden space with 2 or 3 distinct spaces, decorative and or seating, to replace lawn due to water shortages. Look must have a modern and minimalist aesthetic. The primary purpose of these spaces will be functional and decorative , providing seating areas and walkways. Some grass but minimal, rest is plants / trees.

Key elements to be incorporated include:
