Minimalist Redesign of Residential Building
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I am seeking a design professional to create a minimalist walk-around redesign of my semi commercial building.
This project includes a comprehensive overhaul of various components of the property, including:
- The front facade and main entry gate
- The Indore garden under basement stairs
- The ground floor office
- The first floor guest room
- The second and third residential floors
- The rooftop garden with pergola and swing area
Furthermore, I would like the redesign to encompass the addition of a basement parking with stairs and a ramp, as well as a rooftop garden and 5kW solar setup.
The highest priority areas for the redesign are the front facade and entry gate, as well as the office, guest room, and residential floors.
Specific improvements for the residential floors should include:
- Detailed furniture layouts
- Enhanced lighting configurations
- Consideration of materials and finishes based on low maintenence and high durability
Skills and experience that would be ideal for this job include:
