Minimalist Interior Design for Prague Apartment

I'm looking for a talented interior designer with a strong portfolio in minimalist design to help me with a complete renovation of my apartment in Prague. The apartment is currently divided into separate rooms, and my main goals are to modernize the space, improve functionality, and maximize storage capacity throughout all rooms.
- Key focus areas: The living/kitchen area is the highest priority for the renovation, followed by the bedroom, bathroom, and hallway.
- Design requirements: I need new layout concepts, a design for a new kitchen and bathroom, and integrated storage solutions. You will also be responsible for selecting materials, furniture, and lighting.
- Deliverables: Please include floor plans, 3D visualizations, and necessary specifications in your proposal.
