Minimalist Interior Architect Needed for 3 Bedroom Apartment

I am in need of an experienced interior architect who can help me bring a minimalist eclectic design to life in a small 3 bedroom apartment. The ideal candidate should be able to provide the following:
- Detailed Renders: I need high-quality renders for the living room, bedrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms.
- Elevations: I am looking for elevations for each of the above-mentioned areas. With detailed drawing for cabinets and built in units / sinks ..
- Quantities: You will be required to provide a comprehensive list of the quantities of materials required for the design whether it be the furniture, the paint or the flooring, plumbing and light fixtures, hardware, doors..
- Color Palette: I would prefer if the color scheme of the design is in warm tones with stone and wood and local inspired minimal patterns
The ideal candidate should have experience in minimalist design and an impressive portfolio of similar projects. Strong communication skills and the ability to understand and accommodate client preferences are a must.
