Minimalist Apartment Interior Design & Walkthrough

I am ready to give my entire apartment—living room, bedroom, and kitchen—a fresh, minimalist look. To move confidently from concept to construction I need two key deliverables:

1. Accurate CAD/CAM plans that cover furniture layout, lighting positions, and a clean, cohesive colour scheme.
2. A fully rendered 3D walkthrough so I can visualise every corner before anything is built.

You are free to work in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max or the toolset you prefer, so long as the files remain editable and export-friendly for my contractor. Precise measurements, realistic material representation, and consistent lighting are essential; the walkthrough should feel like I am already standing in the finished space.

When the work is complete I expect:
• Layered CAD drawings (DWG or compatible)
• High-resolution stills plus the walkthrough video
• A short source file handover guide so I can reopen and tweak the model later if needed
