Mill Pond Front Deck Remodel

The front of my home is outdated and unwelcoming. I would like to add light and airiness to the entrance. Right now it has a closed in feeling and doesnt allow much light into the front room. Railings are not necessary. Would like an open design that compliments the original clinker brick facade. A more modern look, but in keeping with the style and materials of the house. Replacement of the baywindow is optional but not a must. New decking and supports a definite. Size need not match current footprint - can be enlarged or reduced.
