Maine construction rendering

Hello! I am in need of an aerial rendering of a multi-unit construction site. Seven acres consisting of many hospitality oriented structures. A country store, a cafe, a communal wellness space, and several single room cottages. To scale site map desired, at minimum, but prefer a 3-D responsive rendering (for investors and permitting efforts).
