Looking for an interior designer to help with floor and wall colours and coverings!

Hi there!
I am about to move into a new apartment and I'm looking for an interior designer to help me style it according to my style/needs:
1. I like the coastal/shabby chic look, but also things to be tidy and ergnomic
2. I have two cats and would like to design wall decorations (e.g. floating shelves) where they can play and hide. I'd also like to design a 'catio' on my blacony
3. I'd like to remove the carpet and use LVPs instead and I'd also be open to a feature wall.
I love gem colours - purples, greens, blues etc.
