Looking for a interior designer

Our property is at 101 Egret Ave, Port Orange, FL.
What Our Needs Are
My dad was a 40 year builder and architect and he passed away recently and he was helping me remodel this, which is my first house I've ever owned. Very excited!! This is our primary residence. I have experience in construction. He had a number of architects he used around the world and Alex who does not live in Florida was nice enough to get the plans but he's not licensed in Florida.
I'm asking if you can become our architect for this project now that it's time to sign off on plans and get them approved so we can start construction.
I'm asking that you also have experience in Volusia County with codes and the building department.

We are easy to work with, my wife and I. I come from a family of builders so I understand the ups and downs and pressures of construction. Been in your shoes. My wife is practical and easy to work with as well. We are great to work with and we respect all those we meet and work with. I've got a group of some great contractors.
