Looking for Architect for Barn Conversion
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
Sheep Shed Barn Conversion to a multipurpose building 2 story.
1. Family home for entertaining with teenager kids becoming adults.
2. Located on Sheep / Cattle farm in our Equestrian Area - building will be used to entertain large groups on training and competition days. We also have background in catering and desired an industrial /commercial kitchen. Some areas open to public but a need to close off family zones.
3. Wanting to add larger deck over very large water tank - which will be a viewing area over the Show Jumping Arena. - To be part public and part private space.
4. The desired is for multi levels - the teenage rooms being the lowest about 30cm off the ground and then the main first floor is currently about 1 meter off the ground and then the second story will need to accommodate the height of the water tank to make a smooth transitions from inside to outside living.
5. We understand the current existing shed may need to be completely removed - but we would like to keep the look of farm buildings and would like it to blend with the current stable complex. Love the use of steel, timber and glass - big fireplaces ( its freezing here in winter and we keep the fire going for the entire season, and summer is normally very hot.
