I’m renovating my residence and need a fresh, modern concept for three key areas: the living room, the dining room and the kitchen. The goal is to create a cohesive flow between spaces—clean lines, smart storage, and a contemporary palette that still feels inviting for everyday family life.
Here is what I expect from the collaboration:
• Mood board and colour/material selections that capture a clearly modern vibe.
• Scaled floor plans with furniture layout for each room, optimised for both function and traffic flow.
• 3D visualisations or realistic renders so I can see how the spaces connect before committing to finishes.
I already have overall measurements and a few inspiration images that I’ll share once we start; please be ready to translate them into practical solutions that maximise light, storage, and comfort. Software choice is flexible—SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
