Living Room

Hi There. We are purchasing a Victorian property where the downstairs reception rooms have been knocked into one space and the traditional fire place closed up. We would like help to realise how to maximise the space. We have a baby and a dog and so would like a large sofa and to open up the original fireplace. We could potentially use the space for a dining table too but are planning a kitchen diner which could remove the need for a dining table in this space.
We like warm tones, injections of colours through furniture, soho house vibes, space to entertain groups of friends.
