Lighting design (interior/exterior) new build project

Looking for a lighting designer to create an interior and exterior scheme for our new build property. Would like a consultation with a concept and ideas stage to show how it would fit with the property. Also would need equipment, fixtures and component recommendations/sourcing and possible coordination/instructions for our site electrician.
