Project Overview
The project involves the schematic design of a comprehensive lighting system for a high-end residential property. The design should encompass various types of lighting—low, medium, and high-level—in most rooms. The aim is to create a luxurious yet functional lighting environment that complements the aesthetics of the home.

Deliverables
General Requirements
* Room-by-Room Lighting Plan: A detailed plan specifying the type, location, and number of light fixtures for each room.
* Wattage and Lux Levels: Recommendations for appropriate wattages and lux levels for each type of lighting.
* Switch Locations: Indication of where all switches will be located, specifying if they are 1-way, 2-way, or 3-way.
* External Monitoring: Suggestions for camera placements for external monitoring.
* Main Hallway Camera: A camera placement in the main hallway on the ground floor, pointing at the front door.
* Schedule (table) with all lights and their code that match the plan so they can easily be found and their quantities (a BQO -bill of quantities).

Submission Guidelines
Initial Draft (Milestone 1): Due within two weeks of project commencement.
Final Plan (milestone 2): Due within four weeks of initial draft approval.
Format: Plans should be submitted in both PDF and CAD (DWG) formats.
