I am looking for an experienced architect or designer to create a Lebanese-style modern villa with a total area of 230 m², divided into two floors. The design should blend traditional Lebanese architecture with modern aesthetics, ensuring both functionality and elegance.
Project Requirements

• The villa should reflect traditional Lebanese architecture with a modern touch.
• Key Lebanese elements to include:
• Stone cladding (preferably natural limestone or sandstone)
• Arched windows and doors
• Red clay tile roofing
• Wooden shutters and balconies (optional)
• High ceilings in main living areas
• Modern influences:
• Large glass windows for natural light
• Open floor plan for living and dining areas
• Minimalist interior with a warm color palette
