Layout 2D 1 small villas (Bali)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can help me with the layout of a small villa. Will be 1 small villas is 105 square meters (wide 7,25mts and length 14.5mts) in size and I am open to either a modern or Mediterranean style design.
I have some preferences for the layout of the villa, but I am also open to suggestions from the freelancer. It is a type of villa in Bali with 2 floors (downstairs, living room and kitchen) + in the outdoor area a lounge connected to the living room + pool and garden, with open and bright spaces.
In the upper part 2 rooms with bathrooms en suite. If possible with parking for 1 car (the most optimized car parking measure possible). We like large spaces, well optimized, bright through transparent windows.
the rooms must be on the 2nd floor, and must face the pool. Another possibility would be to orient 1 room towards the pool and the other room to the opposite side.
I am not sure if I will need a 3D rendering of the final plan, so I am open to discussing this with the freelancer.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in designing layouts for small villas
- Knowledge of modern and Mediterranean design styles
- Ability to incorporate client preferences while also providing suggestions for the layout
- Proficiency in 2D plan design software
- Experience with 3D rendering software (optional, depending on client's decision)
