I am in need of an experienced architectural designer for a large commercial complex project, particularly focusing on the construction documentation phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- The primary focus of the project will be on the construction documentation phase of the large commercial complex.
- Ensure design specifications meet all necessary building codes, standards and regulations
- Provide detailed and accurate documentation for the construction of the complex
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers and other relevant parties to ensure smooth execution of the design
- Ensure that the final design is aligned with the initial conceptual design
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in commercial design, preferably with large scale projects
- Expertise in construction documentation and experience in the field
- Proficiency with relevant software and tools for architectural design
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within set deadlines
- A degree in architecture or a related field is preferred.
