Laminate Flooring Development Manager Needed

I'm looking for a skilled project manager to oversee the development of a high-impact laminate flooring system. The project is currently in the design stage, and I need someone who can take it from there and ensure that the final product meets all my requirements.
Key Features:
- Water Resistance: One of the most important features that I'm looking for in this laminate flooring system is its water resistance. The final product should be able to withstand water exposure without any long-term damage.
