Kitchen and Living Room Revitalization
Budget: £1,500 – £3,000 GBP
I am looking to make improvements to my living room and kitchen to make them more suitable for living. The project involves:
- Painting walls: The color scheme will be left to you. You should have experience with painting and colour theory to ensure a professional finish. I'm lookign to make this part liveable and part airbnb. I want to really bring out the outdoor element, while also have comfortable seating areas (ideally including space for TV). Needs to be modernised while also approving of the bones of the house/cottage feel.
- Upgrading appliances: This largely pertains to the kitchen area. Ideally, you will have experience with kitchen remodeling/re-furnishing and can provide advice on the best appliances and where to source them from.
Any bids should account for the purchase of materials (like paint), tools, and appliances. An eye for detail, experiences with similar projects, and home improvement know-how are highly desirable.
