I am looking for a freelance interior designer to design a modern, space-efficient, and durable kitchen for a 35.76 m² apartment. The kitchen should be functional, cost-effective, and suitable for rental purposes while maintaining an aesthetically pleasing and practical layout.
Key Considerations:
Space-efficient and functional design: The kitchen is small, so optimal use of storage is essential.
Cost-effective yet durable solutions: Not looking for luxury, but high-quality, long-lasting, and stylish materials.
Ceiling-high cabinetry on one wall, open shelving on the other to maximize storage without making the space feel heavy.
Integrated appliances: Placement of a refrigerator, oven, cooktop, range hood, dishwasher, and sink should be well thought out.
Neutral and modern design: Light colors (white, gray, wood tones) with a clean and timeless aesthetic.
Easy-to-clean surfaces to minimize wear and tear from tenants.
