Interior lighting solutions
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I'm seeking an experienced lighting designer, fully conversant with UK regulations, who can develop a layout for comprehensive interior lighting for a new build residential house circa 285m2, 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms etc etc.
The design must serve three purposes: general illumination, creating atmosphere, and task lighting as well as integration with Google Home for automation.
As this is for a newly built single storey house with elevated vaulted ceilings to most rooms so lighting solutions should be proposed for all house areas including, but not limited to, kitchen, living area, bedrooms, bathrooms, and some external areas too like terrace and driveway/gates.
Ideal skills and experiences include:
- Professional interior lighting design
- Knowledge in different types of interior lights and costs
- Ability to create a cozy and comfortable atmosphere through lighting design
- Understanding of task-specific lighting requirements
- Experience with lighting design in domestic settings.
Good communication skills are needed, as the freelancer will need to understand my vision and incorporate this into the proposed design plan.
We have detailed plans and wall elevations for each room to assist in this process and have a good understanding of what is generally needed having built many properties.
