- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements
The project requires the following deliverables:
1. Conceptual design proposal with 2D and 3D visualizations
2. Detailed floor plans, including furniture layout and spatial organization
3. Selection and specification of materials, finishes, and furnishings
4. Lighting design plan to enhance the modern aesthetic
5. Collaborative approach to incorporate client feedback and make necessary revisions
